The HCM City People''s Committee signed a memorandum of understanding
(MoU) to improve the domestic business environment and increase
education on trade agreements yesterday in HCM City.
To effectively utilise opportunities through free trade agreements
(FTAs) provinces and cities should launch databases on foreign-invested
enterprises and domestic suppliers.
